JJ Loughran have exhibited at Hillhead 2012 in Buxton Manchester for the 1st time since the shows creation and where one of the record 459 exhibitors on show. All sectors of the mineral products and construction industries, including quarrying, mining, recycling, concrete, asphalt and materials handling, were brought together giving the 2012 tally of 17,000 visitors from around the world a unique opportunity to see the latest plant, equipment, systems and services on static display and/or live demonstration.

During the three day event JJ Loughran exhibited the latest range from ABB Electric Motors, Vacon Variable Speed Drives and Motovario Gearboxes; giving us an opportunity to show case these to the record numbers visitors of the 2012 show. JJ Loughran had on display a 90mm Beval Helical Motovario gearbox; the 1st assembled by JJ Loughran from stock at our newly installed Motovario Assembly Centre ‘MAC’ in our head office engineering and warehouse facility in Cookstown N.Ireland; which is the first approved MAC in the UK or Ireland.
