JJ Loughran recently handed over an Electrical Process Control Room to a local food producer in which we designed, manufactured and installed all MCC’s and Main Switch Board for a new food production facility. All four MCC’s constructed as Form 2 with stainless steel or mild steel cabinets using Siemens Simatic S7-1500 PLC’s throughout and incorporating the Danfoss VLT Aqua Drive FC 202 VAC IP20 with Safe Stop and MCA120 Profinet Card. 800 Amp Main Switchboard constructed as Form 4 incorporating Cubic Steelwork and ABB Switchgear.

JJ Loughran also carried out the full process plant installation including mains power, stainless steel basket install, power & control cabling and building services.
